1. Processing & Dispatch Time
We ensure that every piece undergoes a final quality inspection before leaving our workshop.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock jewelry are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: The meticulous creation of custom pieces typically requires 10 to 15 business days.
Post-Production Dispatch: Once your custom piece is completed and passes our quality check, it will be dispatched within 48 hours.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Standard International Shipping: Once dispatched, estimated delivery to most regions (including the US and English-speaking markets) is 7 to 10 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
4. Force Majeure & Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please understand that shipping times may be impacted by factors beyond our control (Force Majeure). Everra Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
International logistical disruptions or postal strikes.
Public holidays (both in the origin and destination countries).
5. Shipping Address & Security
To protect your high-value purchase, we recommend shipping to a secure address. Everra Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
