At Everra Jewelry, we take pride in our artisan craftsmanship and our root-to-door transparency. Each piece is meticulously inspected and verified by our  before it reaches you.

1. Ready-to-Ship Collections
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a Pre-Shipping Verification Process:

Detailed Inspection: Before dispatch, we provide high-definition, 360-degree videos showing every detail of your selected piece.

Live Consultation: Upon request, we can arrange a live video session to showcase the jewelry in real-time, allowing you to confirm the quality, fire, and brilliance of the stones.

Final Confirmation: Your order will only be shipped after you have reviewed and approved the pre-shipping visuals.

Policy: Once the final confirmation is received and the item is shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons (such as change of mind, style preference, or incorrect sizing provided by the customer).

2. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Our custom jewelry process involves deep collaboration between our design team and the client.

Detailed Communication: We communicate every technical detail, including CAD designs and stone selection, prior to production.

Policy: Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is present upon arrival.

3. Two-Year Limited Maintenance Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work with a 2-year complimentary maintenance service (valid for up to 2 instances within 24 months of purchase).

Our service includes:

Professional cleaning and polishing (Refurbishment).

Ring resizing (within the technical limits of the original design).

Prong tightening and stone inspection.

Terms of Service:

Material Costs: While the labor is complimentary, any additional materials required (e.g., adding gold for a larger size, replacing lost diamonds or gemstones) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Logistics: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable duties or taxes associated with sending the item to our facility and returning it.
